All student properties will run on a 10 months fixed term joint tenancy agreement from: Rents will be split into 10 equal monthly Standing Order payments, payable on or by the 1st of every month. If you are unable to pay by this method, you must discuss this with us before reserving the property. To reserve this property all tenants must pay a £115.00 pp holding fee/Agency fee and complete a student accommodation application form. The fee is non returnable, and is separate to the deposit. Each students deposit must be received on or by 30th April 2012, this is the equivalent amount to one months rent per person. ALL prospective tenants must be present to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The deposit amount is returnable at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the tenancy agreement. Your 1st months rent MUST be paid for in advance, in cleared funds on or by the 1st September 2012. An administration fee of £115.00 is payable per person, to cover all set up costs involved in the student let process. This is payable in full when you take the property and this secure it for you. Remember: when taking on a property it is the responsibility of the whole group (as you are jointly liable) for any damages and to pay the rent and bills on time and in full.
